Refund Policy

This page explains how billing, ad removal, and refund requests are handled for FlutterCraft.

If a payment succeeds and premium access does not activate, or ads continue to appear after successful payment, contact support@fluttercraft.app and we will review it.

1. Overview

FlutterCraft is currently a free learning platform supported by ads. A paid premium experience is coming soon. At the moment, there is no automatic refund flow for a live premium checkout because the premium feature is not yet available to everyone.

2. Payment and Activation

When premium goes live, a successful payment should activate your ad-free access automatically. If payment succeeds but ads still appear or premium access does not unlock, please contact support@fluttercraft.app. We will investigate and fix the issue manually if needed.

3. Refund Requests

Because premium is a digital service, refunds are not automatic. We review refund requests case by case and may issue a refund only where required by law, where a technical problem prevents access, or where a charge was made in error. If you believe something went wrong, email support@fluttercraft.app with your order details and we will look into it.

4. Contact
