By accessing and using FlutterCraft ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform. By using FlutterCraft, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Description of Service
FlutterCraft is an online educational platform designed to help users learn Flutter and Dart programming through: • Interactive lessons and tutorials • Hands-on coding exercises and challenges • Quizzes and assessments • Progress tracking and gamification features • Certificate generation upon course completion • Community features and support Independent Project / No Affiliation: FlutterCraft is an independent educational platform. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with Google LLC or the Flutter project. The word "Flutter" is used only to identify the technology taught and discussed on the platform. FlutterCraft does not claim ownership of Google or Flutter trademarks and does not use the official Flutter logo or Google/Flutter-owned visual branding. Users should not assume any official relationship with Google or Flutter. The free version of the Platform may display ads on some pages to help keep the service available at no cost. We may work with advertising partners to deliver and measure those ads. Current plan access: • Free Plan: all 112 lessons, all exercises and quizzes, 5 AI assistant questions per day, first 5 certificate claims, full Code Playground access, Community access, and normal customer support • Premium: everything in Free, all unlocked certificate claims, unlimited AI assistant questions, no ads, and priority support We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
Account Creation: To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your password secure and confidential • Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content • Use the Platform for any commercial purposes without our consent • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform • Use automated systems or bots to access the Platform • Share your account credentials with others • Submit code or content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Platform Content: All content on FlutterCraft, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and code examples, is owned by FlutterCraft or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. User License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. User Content: By submitting code, comments, or other content to the Platform, you grant FlutterCraft a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Platform. Restrictions: You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission • Use Platform content for commercial purposes • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices • Create derivative works based on Platform content
6. Certificates and Achievements
Earning Certificates: Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of designated courses and assessments. To earn a certificate, you must: • Complete all required lessons and modules • Achieve the minimum passing score on assessments • Comply with our academic integrity policy Certificate Validity: Certificates issued by FlutterCraft represent completion of our educational content and are not accredited academic credentials. They are intended to demonstrate your commitment to learning and skill development. Already issued certificates remain available for verification and download. Free accounts can claim the first 5 certificates, and Premium is required to claim additional unlocked certificates. Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke certificates if we determine that they were obtained through fraudulent means or violation of these Terms.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Free Content: FlutterCraft offers free educational content accessible to all users. Advertising: The Platform may display ads on some pages to support free access. Premium Features: Certain features may require a paid subscription when available. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to: • Pay all applicable fees • Provide accurate billing information • Authorize recurring charges for subscription renewals Refunds: Because access is digital, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not automatic. If your payment succeeds but Premium access or ad removal does not activate, contact live chat support right away. We are available 24/7 and will review it. Price Changes: Premium is currently offered at a fixed minimal $5/month price. Existing subscribers will be notified if any billing or tax-related change is required by a payment provider or law.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
Disclaimer of Warranties: THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLUTTERCRAFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. Educational Content: The educational content provided is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or specific skill levels upon completion of our courses. Third-Party Links: The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these websites.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through email or prominent notices on the Platform. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FlutterCraft operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
